Private Ambulance Service Going Strong

Private Ambulance Service Ltd has NOT gone into administration.

We would like to assure all of our staff and customers that Private Ambulance Service Ltd has NOT gone into administration, after a poorly worded article has hit a local newspaper stating that Private Ambulance Service has gone into administration.

We have received numerous calls and emails regarding the matter and we would like to offer some clarification on this confusion.

Private Ambulance Service Ltd has not gone into administration and the company it is referring to is 'a' private ambulance service, who had some of their vehicles repossessed and has entered into administration (so the reports state).

This, we suppose, comes with selecting the name that was chosen for the business.

We are still going as strong as always, with brand new vehicles on order to expand our ever increasing fleet and continued employment opportunities.

If anyone requires any further information please contact James Barnes, Managing Director:

PAS MIRA Medics safe return from deployment in Sierra Leone

In March of this year, three of our MIRA trained Medics were deployed to Sierra Leone to support a scientific research team in an environmental survey. A challenging project, made even more gruelling by the remoteness of the location, Vincent Carlsen, Rob Thake and Darren Good found themselves challenged beyond the boundaries of what they expected.

We caught up with Vince on his return for all the gritty details and to learn how this experience has had a profound impact on his life.

PAS Director Judges at Young Entrepreneurs Event

PAS Director Judges at Young Entrepreneurs Event
Managing Director James Barnes was invited to attend and form the Judging Panel for a local event for Young Entrepreneurs from a local secondary school.

The students were to prepare a whole business plan for a new business in the local, Basildon area. To include conceptual designs, functionality and relevance. James was among other local business owners and fellow successful entrepreneurs asked to judge in the competition, and to give tutorials and advice to the students.

It is important to encourage and guide the youths of today, because they are the successful Professionals, Local Business owners, and Entrepreneurs of tomorrow.

As well as happily participating in the event, PAS sponsored the event. Supporting those in the local area and community is important to PAS. The Directors of the company are keen to help and support the community wherever we can.

If you are interested in Private Ambulance Service attending your event, or have an interesting project you would like our support and collaboration with, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Praise for Staff

Praise for Staff
At PAS we love to hear feedback from people on how found our service, whether it is an area we may need to look at improving, or appraisal for what we or our hard working staff are doing right. We were delighted to receive this recent appraisal for Manager, Danny Deacon. It's great to be able to give our staff the recognition they deserve, especially so when they go above and beyond for their patients. We encourage all of our staff to treat their patients as though they would treat their own family and are delighted when we receive feedback that reinforces that they do just that.
