Congratulations to PAS Apprentice's

Please continue reading to see how they found their experiences.
Here's what they thought of their apprenticeships and how they reacted to being offered full time employment with the team.
Dan Mace -
"Prior to February 2015 I was struggling to find office based work until I signed up to Seevic College, at the time I was working in Chelmsford at a Marketing Company when I received a phone call informing me that I had an interview at the Private Ambulance Service Ltd so I had to make a decision of whether to stay at the Agency or attend the interview, that decision has been the best one of my whole working life. It has been over a year since I attended my interview and I still feel like I am learning new skills which have helped me to progress as an employee and as a person; since starting at PAS I have had no desire to work elsewhere as I feel I would not have progressed nowhere near as much if I was working at another company. I feel that this is due to the fact that everyone at PAS looks out for each other regardless of their standing in the business whether it is the Chairman, the Support Services Director or even Station Assistants help is given to those who ask."
Jamie Ishmail -"Upon joining PAS I was made to feel welcome from day one, and that I was part of the team. Everyone was very friendly and helpful from the very beginning, which includes the team at Head Office and the road staff. My apprenticeship lasted one full year, and during that time I attended Seevic College one day each week to study Business Admin NVQ Level 2.
I have learnt so much being with PAS. The last four to five months have been enjoyable and very rewarding as during this time, I have been given more responsibility and have gained a lot of experience and additional knowledge.
I always wanted to stay working for PAS after my apprenticeship finished, and it was the icing on the cake when I was offered a full time contract.
I would like to say a big thank you to James Barnes for giving me the chance in the first place, and offering me the opportunity to stay on full time at PAS."
James Barnes, Managing Director -
"I'm really pleased with the hard work dedication they have both demonstrated in their roles and am proud to have them as part of the team."
We are happy to now welcome two new apprentices, Courtney and Aaron and wish them success in their time with us.
