- Customer service Training
- Health & Safety Awareness
- Fire Safety Training
All emergency staff are additionally trained to one or more of the following levels as required:
- IHCD FPOS
- Emergency Care assistant
- IHCD Technicians
- Paramedics
- Advanced Driving (Blue light Driving course)
- IHCD Driving
