Managing Director- James Barnes
James has worked in the ambulance sector for many years. Prior to starting Private Ambulance Service Ltd, James worked for another independent ambulance service in a variety of roles, including two years as Contract Manager at Barnet and Chase Farm Hospital. James then moved into training and Health & Safety, which he found a passion for. James believes that it is only through a program of high class, ongoing training, and re-training, that ambitious goals will be met and surpassed. |

Operations Director - Peter Barnes
Peter has extensive experience of providing Patient Transport services to the NHS, which includes his four year role as Transport Manager for Medical Services. As well as Operations Director, Peter is also a Board Member, and is responsible for the smooth running of all operations for PAS within the UK. |

Support Services Director- Andy Gordon
Andy has 10 years of experience in the Ambulance sector. Initially working for Thames in front line support, before continuing his career at Caring For You, where he worked for four and a half years as an EMT. Andy became a member of the PAS team, when the company first began trading in 2012. Andy is now the Support Services Director, responsible for all services that support the business service delivery and Station management. |

Director of Business Improvement - Simon Andrews
Simon has been employed in the patient transport sector for 7 years, having previously spent 20 years in the Gaming Industry as an Area manager. Simon was with the H.A.T.S. Group for five years prior to joining PAS in January 2013. After initially serving as an operational member of the team, in July 2014 he decided to put his previous management experience to good use, when he took over the role of Business Development Manager. In 2015, Simon was promoted to Director of Business Improvement. |

Locality Director - Carl Carter Following a successful 21 year career in BT Public Relations, which included managing high profile programmes for the Millennium and projects such as Children in Need and Sport Relief, Carl moved into the Ambulance and Patient Transport industry taking up a position as Caring For You PTS. Driving Standards Manager - Terry Foxon Terry joined PAS in March 2014 initially as a Secure Transport driver, working as part of the mental health team. He was then promoted to Driving Standards Manager in May 2015. Terry had previously served as a fire fighter in the London Fire brigade where he completed 30 years of service, and worked for Essex Police as a Firearms Enquiry Officer. |

Operations Manager - Samantha Mason Samantha joined PAS as an Ambulance Care Assistant soon after the company began trading in August 2012. Keen to progress her career Samantha applied herself to her training and achieved BETEC Level 2 enabling her to work on Mental Health contracts, before progressing even further the following September earning her FPOS I accreditation. Through hard work and determination working on the frontline service, and at events Sammy, as she likes to be known, was recognised for her hard work and promoted to the Events Manager position in April 2015 and then in February 2016 to Operations Manager. Planning and Resource Manager - Clive Finlayson Clive joined PAS in February 2014, as a Controller in our operations centre. He has since been promoted to Operations Manager. Prior to this Clive has worked for many years in a vehicle recovery control room, this experience has been invaluable in planning and overseeing the movement of 96 vehicles every day. Clive has also previously worked as a Manager for a company carrying out forensic duties on behalf of the Metropolitan Police. In February 2016, Clive became the Planning and Resources Manager. Marketing Manager - Nikki Barnes Nikki joined PAS as an operation bank member of staff in 2012. Nikki is a professional photographer, which she started training for whilst undertaking her Degree in BA Film Production & Cinematography. It is these skills that had been initially utilised by PAS, since 2012, calling on Nikki to provide full professional photography services to the company in all areas required. Prior to joining PAS, Nikki had gained years of administration experience working as an Office Administrator, in Records Management for global banking company Deutsche Bank and in Consumer Credit Management at HSBC Bank PLC. Nikki joined the management team, part time as Marketing Manager in 2015. Nikki is now responsible for producing all of the company's marketing materials and publications, managing all marketing, social media, PR events and press. Accounts Manager - Tracy Hillsden Since leaving the Banks, Tracy worked as a Finance Manager for a number of medium to large limited companies in Essex, before being headhunted to join PAS in March 2016. |

Credit Controller - Ken Dutton-Topping Ken has 30 years of banking experience with NatWest Bank and First Data. His previous roles saw him responsible for the investigation of credit card fraud, the preparation of criminal cases for court including producing the court documents and evidence packages, as well as to attend Court to give Evidence on behalf of the bank. Due to the nature of the job, Ken was involved with many high profile cases both in the UK and abroad, including missing persons and murders. Ken was eventually seconded to the City of London Police’s Cheque and Credit card unit and SOCA (Serious Organised Crime Agency). Ken's Banking career has been consolidated with time in Risk management and Compliance, Change Management, Collections and New Accounts. Since leaving the Bank, Ken undertook credit control action for South Essex Homes, where he reduced rent arrears by 30%, and some further smaller Property management companies. Ken joined PAS in July 2016, taking on the responsibilities of Credit Control. |
